At VOGRACE, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our fashion-forward apparel; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all VOGRACE tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
